A former stone farmhouse is an ideal resort for family recreation or to host private events. The guesthouse is located in a quiet village Bělá, just 1 km from tourist resort Nová Pec at the Lipno lake.
We completed the extensive reconstruction of the farmstead in 2002, preserving the magic of a building with a four-hundred year old history, whilst at the same time providing modern comfortable accommodation.
Breakfast buffet and dinners featuring local cuisine are served in the restored, arched stables, where you can also enjoy the evening at the fireplace with a glass of a good Moravian wine or Czech beer.
Wi-Fi internet is available in the restaurant and most rooms.
You can relax in the sauna, for the kids there is a sandbox, a swing and a wooden jungle gym.
Rooms
We offer year-round accommodation including half-board in stylishly furnished suites for two to six people with shower, WC, and the possibility to prepare your own meals in an equipped kitchenette.
The house is comfortably heated by central heating. In addition, it is possible to heat the apartments in colder days by burning wood in a cast-iron or tiled stove.

During summer holidays we prefer weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday, shorter stays are booked up to 3 weeks in advance.
